How it works
Four steps. One signature.
Pick your yardstick
One of 8 Korean listings — Samsung, Hyundai, SK Hynix, HYBE, JYP, YG, Naver, or Kakao.
Create your token
Name, ticker, image, description, optional links — the yardstick ticker is written into the on-chain description.
Launch through Pons
One wallet signature to Pons's launch factory. Pons mints and deploys; Kimchi Pad takes no cut, never has custody.
Trade on the curve
Price rises on buys, falls on sells — every quote simulated against the live curve, not our own math.
The yardsticks
Eight listings. Three very Korean flavors.
Every token launched on Kimchi Pad measures its market cap against one of these listings. Not shares — a yardstick, nothing more.

Launch mechanics
The curve is the only counterparty.
No order book, no matching engine. Buys push the price up along the bonding curve, sells push it back down, and every quote is simulated against the live curve — not Kimchi Pad's own math.
At the graduation amount, Pons moves liquidity into a permanently-locked Uniswap v4 pool. Trading pauses briefly, then continues on the pool.

Straight talk
What Kimchi Pad is not
Clear boundaries make for better trades. Four things worth knowing before you touch a curve.
Not a broker or custodian
Every action is a wallet-signed transaction. Kimchi Pad never asks for a recovery phrase — and never holds your funds.
Not connected to any company
A token measured against Samsung, HYBE, or Kakao is a crypto token someone made — not a share, with no affiliation, ownership, dividends, or voting rights.
Not a curator
Anything launched through Pons with a Kimchi Pad yardstick appears here. Nothing is reviewed or vetted — you decide what's worth your ETH.
Not the protocol
Pons deploys, prices, holds liquidity, and graduates tokens. If Pons changes its terms, that happens regardless of Kimchi Pad.
These tokens have no business behind them and no floor under them. A creator can sell everything they hold at any time, a curve can go to nothing, and there is nobody to appeal to when it does.
Trades are irreversible. Treat anything you put in as money you are prepared to lose entirely — and read the token's contract on the explorer before you trade it.
The token
$KIMCHI
Pons takes nothing on the interface layer. Kimchi Pad's platform fee funds $KIMCHI — holders earn a cut of every launch's platform fee.
Emission schedule and distribution details are being finalized and will be published before launch.
