Overview

Kimchi Pad is a Korean stock-themed launchpad, built on Pons and live on Robinhood Chain. Pick one of eight Korean listings as a yardstick, measure your token's market cap against it, launch through Pons. Your wallet signs everything; Kimchi Pad never holds funds.

Launches are user-created tokens — not shares, not affiliated with any company referenced, carrying no ownership, dividends, voting rights, or claim on any business.

How it works

  1. 01

    Pick your yardstick

One of 8 Korean listings: Samsung, Hyundai, SK Hynix, HYBE, JYP, YG, Naver, or Kakao.

  2. 02

    Create your token

Name, ticker, image, description, optional links; the chosen ticker is written into the token's on-chain description.

  3. 03

    Launch through Pons

One wallet signature to Pons's launch factory; Pons mints supply, deploys the bonding curve, charges its own launch fee; Kimchi Pad takes no cut and never has custody.

  4. 04

    Trade on the curve

Price rises on buys, falls on sells; quotes come from simulating against the live curve, not Kimchi Pad's own math.

Launch mechanics

The curve, and graduation

Every launch trades against a bonding curve — there is no order book and no matching engine. The curve is the only counterparty: buys push the price up along it, sells push it back down, and quotes come from simulating against the live curve, not Kimchi Pad's own math.

When a token reaches the graduation amount, Pons moves its liquidity into a permanently-locked Uniswap v4 pool. Trading pauses briefly during that migration, then continues on the pool.

These are Pons's terms, inherited as-is — Kimchi Pad adds its own separate platform fee (see Token: $KIMCHI) and takes no cut of Pons's launch or trade fees itself.

What Kimchi Pad is not

Not a broker or custodian

Every action is a wallet-signed transaction; Kimchi Pad never asks for a recovery phrase.

Not connected to any company

A token measured against Samsung, HYBE, or Kakao is a crypto token someone made — not a share, with no affiliation, ownership, dividends, or voting rights.

Not a curator

Anything launched through Pons with a Kimchi Pad yardstick appears here. Nothing is reviewed or vetted.

Not the protocol

Pons deploys, prices, holds liquidity, and graduates tokens; if Pons changes terms, that happens regardless of Kimchi Pad.

No company holds anything on a coin's behalf; a token is not exchangeable for stock; the curve trades in ETH, so the two prices move apart.

Risk, plainly

Read before you trade

These tokens have no business behind them and no floor under them. A creator can sell everything they hold at any time, a curve can go to nothing, and there is nobody to appeal to when it does. Trades are irreversible. Treat anything you put in as money you are prepared to lose entirely, and read the token's contract on the explorer before you trade it.

Reference

Token: $KIMCHI

Pons routes its own fees to each token's creator and takes nothing for the interface layer. Kimchi Pad adds one platform fee on top of that, funding $KIMCHI.
